if you look at stray dog and cat, you should bring them to like animal shelder experience and make around good enverionment for them. Spca stands for Society dor the Prevention of Cruety to Animal. i dont know about how they get money to run the organization. Maybe, one volunteer is working there. They made dogs and cats clearn and others made dish for them. One job will depend on the them, i mean, if they have no injury, they can walk around with vounteer. i saw many dogs nad cats, but i dont know their name, but one of them is shepherd.
